The patient reports no pain, pruritus, or dyspareunia, though mild pressure sensation is acknowledged. The cyst measures approximately [size] cm in diameter. The overlying skin appears normal, with no erythema, edema, or signs of infection. No inguinal lymphadenopathy is appreciated.
