Technique:  
Posteroanterior (PA) and lateral views of the chest were obtained.  
  
Findings:  
The cardiac silhouette is within normal limits for size. The mediastinum is unremarkable. There is no evidence of pneumothorax or pleural effusion. The lung fields are clear with no focal consolidations, masses, or nodules identified. The bony thorax is intact with no acute osseous abnormalities.  
  
Impression:  
Normal chest X-ray. No radiographic evidence of acute cardiopulmonary disease.  
  
Recommendations:  
Consider further evaluation with a CT scan of the chest if clinical suspicion persists.
